The Right Way to Oppose Ungodly Laws


While this site may be expanded in more detail,  the following references can be reviewed:

The definition of ungodly laws:  any law that promotes sin.  A definition of some of these sins can be found as listed in the Bible ( King James Version)

Rv:21:8: But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

Col:3:5: Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:

Rv:21:27: And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.

(Homosexuality defined as sin below)

Rom:1:27: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

How to oppose ungodly laws:  do not use violence or civil disobedience which would hurt others but follow the examples of how Peter and Paul opposed laws when the authorities stated that said they could not preach or teach the name of Jesus.

Research   Romans 13 (entire chapter of 14 verses) Also further defines sin and righteous living.
Acts 5: 28: Saying, Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man's blood upon us.
29: Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.
